Rotary Installs New Member Trey Heath

Rotary on the Ridge has installed William Heath III as a new member. "Trey" is a REALTOR ® with Century 21 At Your Service Realty in Lake Wales.

Trey's wife, Michelle, mother, Sara, and in-laws Ruthie and Ken Welch attended the installation service Jan. 28.

"Trey obviously has a servant's heart," said sponsor Chevon Baccus, co-founder of the regional service club. "I am honored to sponsor him to become a Rotarian so he can put his energy and commitment to work serving our community."

Founded in December 2016, Rotary on the Ridge is the newest club in District 6890 and the only one in Polk County to meet after hours. The club's 31 members meet from 5-6 p.m. each Monday in the community room at the Ouellette Law Firm, 151 E. Central Ave., Lake Wales.

Rotary on the Ridge is part of Rotary International, a fellowship of more than 1.2 members worldwide dedicated to networking, fellowship and community service. Rotary on the Ridge recently completed a fundraising treasure map project to underwrite a water safety initiative and swim lessons for area children.
