Bellies-2-Babies Adds Baby Boutique

Bellies-2-Babies LLC has recently added something new that is all a buzz in downtown Lake Wales. In addition to offering Doula services and Childbirth classes to help families prepare for the arrival of their baby, they now have a Baby Boutique!

Janet Farmer, owner of Bellies-2-Babies says she loves the downtown area of Lake Wales and for years she has aspired to own a downtown business. Adding the Baby Boutique just made perfect sense since she already helps families in the childbearing phase of life.

In addition, Janet feels like Lake Wales needed a place to locally to find unique, adorable and affordable gifts for baby and the new mom and is very excited to be able to offer a sweet little gift shop to the community.

"I wanted to open a boutique that would bring additional retail value to the downtown area and give our residents and visitors another fun shop to visit," Farmer said.

Soon she hopes to take the shop online as well and be able to offer a gift registry option. She hopes that people will remember her little shop whenever they need to buy a baby gift or are expecting a baby and that they will choose to shop local. She loves visiting with folks that stop into the shop and says it gives her a chance to share about the plans for improvement of the downtown area as well as inform them of the very important services offered to help families prepare for birth and life with a newborn.
