Arnold Hans Heinrich Riecken, 1927-2020

Arnold Hans Heinrich Riecken, 92, of Lake Wales passed away Friday, March 13, 2020 at Halifax Medical Center in Port Orange, FL.

He was born November 10, 1927 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Arnold and Adele (Wittorf) Riecken and he has been a resident of this area since 1995 moving here from Long Island, NY. He was a retired traffic manager for Bulb Tronics. Arnold was a member of the First Christian Church of Frostproof, American Legion and served in the US Army and US Air Force during WWII and the Korean Conflict.

He was preceded in death by his wives, Lorraine Riecken and Dini Riecken; children, Arnold C. Riecken and Linda Marlowe.

Survivors include his daughters, Janet Seda of E. Islip, NY, Laura Walter of Nebo, NC, Judith Annibell of Bohemia, NY; son, Charles Riecken of New Smyrna Beach; sister, Helen Kuretski of Port St. Lucie; 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 19 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home with Minister Ken Parrott officiating. Interment will be held at the Florida National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to First Christian Church, 2241 CR630 West, Frostproof, FL 33843.
