Shirley Diann Foresyth Nelson, 67 of Lake Wales, died Feb. 6, 2021 at Lakeland Health Hospital in Lakeland, Florida.

She was born Dec. 19, 1953 in Elba, AL.

Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12 at Epps Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Lake Wales. Services are 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 13 at Epps Chapel. Masks are required.
