Mayor to Deliver State of City Message

Lake Wales Mayor Eugene Fultz will present the annual State of the City address at an 8 a.m. breakfast Wednesday, Feb. 27 at the Vanguard School, 22000 U.S. Hwy 27. The annual message is one of the mayor's specific duties as outlined in the City Charter.
The event is hosted by the Lake Wales Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Commission, which is inviting people to "Come hear about the growth within our community over the past year." In promoting the event, the Chamber said: "Mayor Eugene Fultz will give us an update on all the exciting changes going on and what we can expect for the future."
