The Lake Wales Museum will host its next speaker series presentation at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 25.

The Florida Humanities Council presentation by Andrew Frank will be Modern by Tradition: Innovation and the Transformation of Seminole Culture.

Between 1700 and the present, the culture of the Florida Seminoles has remained remarkably connected to its roots while also innovating in dramatic fashion.
