John Leeks " Lurch", 69 of Lake Wales, died Sept. 11, 2020 at the Lakeland Hills Nursing Center in Lakeland, Florida.
He was born Jan. 9, 1950.
Services are incomplete. Epps Memorial Funeral Home in Lake Wales is handling arrangements.
