Jacob (Jake) Martinez, 1930-2021

Jacob (Jake) Martinez, 91, passed away at Winter Haven Hospital, in Winter Haven Florida, on Sept 3, 2021.

He has left behind Lee Ann, wife of 51 years, and five children, Diane, Helen, Rose (Eric), Robert (Jackie) and David (Sara) along with eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
